Native Ingredients

This tour journeys round the Taste looking for native Australian and Tasmanian ingredients. Discover seafood only caught in Tasmanian waters, wallaby cooked two ways and cider from apple varieties only found in Tasmanian. Pepperberries are the star of this show, with cameo appearances in botanical drinks and desserts. An authentically Australian foodie experience. 

This guided tour runs for approximately 1 hour and has a maximum of 10 spaces. Included in the tour you will visit selected stallholders around the Taste, sample food and beverages they have on offer and have an opportunity to meet the stallholders and hear about how and why they do what they do.
