Tamar Valley vineyard Moores Hill is teaming up with Northern Tasmanian heavyweights Vineyard Seafood Restaurant to bring beautifully crafted seafood dishes with excellent wine pairings. Offerings include 1/2 shell grilled scallops with hazelnut and coriander butter, southern rock lobster rice paper rolls and smoked mackerel salad.

Tasmania possesses some of Australia’s true cool to cold climate wine regions. Moores Hill, situated in the West Tamar region, produces wines that reflect their unique climate. Each block in the vineyard has a very specific microclimate that produces distinctive wines with personality and character.
Moores Hill’s signature wine is their Riesling, which has won numerous accolades over several years. Their Pinot Noir has also started to collect awards and high scores, but across the range - from elegant sparkling to cheeky rose and sweet Riesling, their wines rank highly on what matters most: all-round drinkability.
