Adopting the symbol of Tasmania’s spirit animal, Devil’s BBQ by Chef Steve Nguyen is an enterprise that is all about executing the traditional flavours of Vietnamese cuisine and combining it with local Tasmanian produce.
Why BBQ? This method of cooking ensures the integrity and freshness of seafood dishes while intensifying the classic strong Vietnamese flavours of the meat offerings. A portion of funding will go towards Tasmanian Devil’s conservation.
